Geo Metro Door Seal & Weatherstrip Kit Complete sealing system for 1989–1994 Metro, Swift, Cultus, Firefly and Barina — door perimeter seals, belt moldings, glass run channels, hatch seal, cowl seal and hardware. Reverse-engineered from fresh OE masters. KP-DRY-KIT · IN DEVELOPMENT · DEPOSITS SOON Interior Door Handle Bezel The cracked plastic bezel every one of these cars has. Modeled to true dimensions from an original rather than copying thirty years of warp, printed in UV-stable ASA. Right-hand side in development — first article next. Khasis Performance is run by an aerospace CNC machinist who spends his days holding tolerances in titanium and Inconel under AS9100D quality systems — and his nights keeping a 1994 Geo Metro on the road.

That car is the test bench. Every reproduction gets measured against fresh OE masters, not thirty-year-old shrunken rubber and cracked plastic, and gets fitted to a real car before it ships to yours. Part numbers publish only after they're verified against factory sources. Statuses on this site mean what they say.

The model is simple: the community requests, the shop reproduces parts to a standard the factory would recognize, revenue funds the next part. No investors, no inventory gambling, no vaporware.
