Every part here is either shipping, in first-article trial on the founder's own 1994 Metro, or queued for reproduction. Statuses are literal — nothing is described as available that isn't on the shelf, and no part number publishes until it's verified against a factory source.
Sealing & Weatherstripping
The system that decides whether these cars survive. Water past a failed seal rots rockers and floors from the inside.
Interior Trim
Thirty years of sunlight through the glass makes original interior plastic brittle. Most of it has never been reproduced.
Coming next
The reproduction queue is ordered by community demand, not guesswork. Convertible top sealing, hatch perimeter seal as a standalone, and additional interior trim are all queued — and every logged request moves a part up the list. Request a part and it's counted publicly.
WHAT "REPRODUCTION" MEANS HERE
These are new parts engineered from measurement of originals and factory documentation — not genuine OEM parts, and not sold as such. Where a part is reverse-engineered from rubber, the master is fresh OE stock rather than a thirty-year-old used part, because copying a compression-set seal reproduces the failure along with the shape.
